At Laima Bridal, we work with our designers to make the delivery of your wedding dress as smooth and efficient as possible, wherever you are in the world.

UK DELIVERY

Orders for UK brides are delivered using a trusted tracked courier service.

Depending on the designer and your order, your dress may first be delivered to Laima Bridal or, where appropriate, shipped directly from the designer.

Delivery information will be confirmed with you as part of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Laima Bridal proudly welcomes brides from around the world.

For selected designers — Maria Anette, Elena Morar and Anne-Mariée — international orders may be shipped directly from the designer to the bride.

Direct designer delivery means your wedding dress does not need to travel to Laima Bridal in the UK before being sent internationally to you. This creates a more efficient delivery journey and can significantly reduce unnecessary transit time.

Your order remains a Laima Bridal order, and we will continue to assist you throughout the process, from choosing your dress and size through to production and delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES, VAT & TAXES

For international orders, import VAT, customs duties, local taxes and customs or courier clearance fees may apply when your dress enters your destination country.

These charges vary between countries and can depend on the destination, value of the order, product classification and country of origin.

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular designer or product, any applicable destination-country import VAT, customs duties, taxes or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Where charges are applicable, you may be contacted directly by the courier or your local customs authority for payment before or upon delivery.

Laima Bridal cannot guarantee the exact amount of these charges in advance because customs and tax requirements vary by country.

If you would like to investigate the likely import charges before ordering, please contact us. We will be happy to provide available information about the dress, including its country of manufacture and product details, to help you check with your local customs authority.

RARA AVIS GROUP

Different import arrangements apply to selected Rara Avis Group collections, including Rara Avis, Rara Avis Couture, Blammo-Biamo and Ange Etoiles.

Where we specifically state that import duties are included, Laima Bridal will cover the applicable import duties in accordance with the terms stated for that product or collection.

Any delivery charges or other destination taxes not expressly stated as included will remain separate where applicable.

Please contact us before ordering if you would like confirmation of the arrangements for your particular destination.

CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION

International shipments are accompanied by the customs information and documentation required for the shipment.

Customs authorities may require information including the product description, value, country of origin and appropriate customs classification.

Please be aware that customs clearance procedures are controlled by the authorities in the destination country and are outside Laima Bridal's control. Occasionally, customs processing may cause delays to international deliveries.

UK Delivery — £35

International Delivery — £60

We believe in keeping our delivery costs simple and transparent.

For international orders from Maria Anette, Elena Morar and Anne-Mariée, your wedding dress may be shipped directly from the designer to your delivery address. This provides a faster and more efficient delivery journey, avoiding unnecessary transit through Laima Bridal in the UK.

International delivery is charged at a flat rate of £60, regardless of destination.

Please note that international delivery does not include any import VAT, customs duties, local taxes or customs clearance fees that may be charged in your destination country. Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular designer or collection, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Wedding dresses are individually ordered from our designers and production times vary by designer and collection.

Once your dress is ready and dispatched, we will provide available tracking information so that you can follow its journey.

International orders eligible for direct designer delivery benefit from a more efficient route, as the dress travels directly from the designer to you rather than being shipped via Laima Bridal in the UK first.
