Process & Dispatch Time

All Laima Bridal gowns are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Order processing: 3–7 working days after your gown is ready from the designer.

UK delivery: Up to 7 working days.

Worldwide delivery: Usually 7–21 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance and courier services. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Laima Bridal cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect shipping details.

International Delivery & Import

Import Duties Included

Import duties are included on all made-to-order wedding dresses from the following designer collections:

For these collections, the price you see is the price you pay.

There are no hidden import fees or unexpected customs invoices upon delivery.

Anne-Mariée Dresses

Anne-Mariée wedding dresses are shipped worldwide.

Import duties, local taxes and customs charges are not included in the product price.

Any charges required by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

Veils & Accessories

When a veil or accessory is purchased together with a qualifying Rara Avis Group wedding dress, import duties may be included as part of the complete bridal order.

Veils, detachable sleeves, gloves and accessories purchased separately may be subject to local import duties, taxes or courier charges depending on the destination country.

Do I Pay UK VAT?

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are exported without UK VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable under UK export regulations.
