  • UK delivery for new orders typically takes around 10-14 working days once the dress has been completed. International delivery times vary by destination.

  • Depending on the reason, we voluntarily accept most returns on eligible standard-size: Wedding Dresses, Bridal Separates, and Mini Dresses. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges for Couture Wedding Dresses, made-to-measure products, custom-sized products, products ordered with personalised measurements, products with customised colours, lengths, linings or design details or products that have been altered or personalised.
