Each Laima Bridal piece is crafted with exceptional care, often made-to-order specifically for you. For this reason, all made-to-order items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

All concerns will be carefully assessed, and where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, or resolution at our discretion.
