APPOINTMENTS:
How to Determine Your Correct Dress Size
The best way to know your dress size is to take the largest measurement from either your bust, waist or hips. Whichever is the largest, this will be used to calculate your correct dress size. Add this size to your booking appointment as this important information will allow us to understand what options we can offer you.
Appointment Cancellations
Any booked appointment which is cancelled will incur a 10% admin charge from your refund.
DRESSES:
Dress Orders
Standard dress lead time is up to 3-4 months prior alterations. If your wedding date is less than 3 months away then there is a rush order option available with a lead time of 1-2 months prior alterations.
Dress Payments Options
Option 1: Pay in full for your bridal dress.
Option 2: Pay 50% deposit on purchase and the remaining balance when your dress has arrived with us.
Late Payments
A late payment fee of 10% of your dress total cost will be charged if your remaining balance is not settled after 14 days, of receiving notice that your dress has arrived with us.
Dress Collection
Once your dress order has arrived at our boutique you will be notified to book your collection appointment. We can hold your dress for up to 2 months for free, if collection isn't made within 2 months then a £50 storage fee will apply.
Order Refunds
Once your order has been purchased we don’t accept any exchanges or refunds. By making payment you are showing commitment and agreeing to your order.
Alterations
All alterations work is carried out to a high quality. It is recommended to allow at least 2-3 months before your wedding date when booking your alterations appointment. We are not responsible if customers lose or add weight after they have had their fitting for alterations. In the event of weight loss or gain, customers will be charged a further alterations cost at 50%. We are unable to offer refunds on any alterations work once started. We take full payment upfront for alterations.
