Appointment Cancellations
Any booked appointment which is cancelled will incur a 10% admin charge from your refund.
Dress Orders
Dress lead time is up to 4 months prior alterations. If your wedding date is less than 4 months away then we must confirm with our suppliers first if your order can be made on time.
Dress Payments Options
Option 1: Pay in full for your bridal dress and get £100 off the cost. Option 2: Pay 50% deposit on purchase and the remaining balance when your dress has arrived with us. Option 3: Split your payments over 3 consecutive months with 0% interest.
Late Payments
A late payment fee of 10% of your dress total cost will be charged if your remaining balance is not settled after 14 days, of receiving notice that your dress has arrived with us.
Other Payments
We take full payment upfront for veils, bridal accessories and alterations.
Order Refunds
Once your order has been purchased we don’t accept any exchanges or refunds. By making payment you are showing commitment and agreeing to your order.
Alterations
All alterations work is carried out to a high quality. It is recommended to allow at least 2-3 months before your wedding date when booking your alterations appointment. We are not responsible if customers lose or add weight after they have had their fitting for alterations. In the event of weight loss or gain, customers will be charged a further alterations cost at 50%. We are unable to offer refunds on any alterations work once started.
