APPOINTMENTS:
Appointment Cancellations
Any booked appointment which is cancelled up to 72 hours before your appointment will incur a 10% admin charge from your refund.
DRESSES:
Dress Orders
Standard dress lead time is up to 4-6 months prior alterations. If your wedding date is less than 4 months away then there is a rush order option available on select dresses with a lead time of 1-2 months prior delivery and alterations.
Dress Payments Options
At Laima Bridal, we understand that choosing your wedding dress is a special and meaningful investment. To make the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we offer a selection of flexible payment options designed to suit you.
Pay in Full – £100 Saving
Pay the full balance at the time of ordering your gown and receive £100 off the price of your dress.
50% Deposit
Secure your gown with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance payable once your dress has been completed and is ready for shipping.
30% Deposit – Interest-Free Payment Plan
Reserve your dream dress with a 30% deposit, and spread the remaining balance over three monthly interest-free payments.
Payment plans are designed to make securing your dream gown easier while maintaining a luxurious and stress-free bridal experience.
Late Payments
A late payment fee of 10% of your dress total cost will be charged if your remaining balance is not settled after 14 days, of receiving notice that your dress has arrived with us.
Dress Collection
Once your dress order has arrived at our boutique you will be notified to book your collection appointment. We can hold your dress for up to 2 months for free, if collection isn't made within 2 months then a £50 storage fee will apply.
Order Refunds
Once your order has been purchased we don’t accept any exchanges or refunds. By making payment you are showing commitment and agreeing to your order.
Alterations
All alterations work is carried out to a high quality. It is recommended to allow at least 2-3 months before your wedding date when booking your alterations appointment. We are not responsible if customers lose or add weight after they have had their fitting for alterations. In the event of weight loss or gain, customers will be charged a further alterations cost at 50%. We are unable to offer refunds on any alterations work once started. We take full payment upfront for alterations.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order bridal dresses may take 4–6 months to produce, depending on the design and fabric availability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, ensuring your Laima Bridal order arrives safely wherever you are.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping within the UK: up to 5 business days.
International standard shipping: up to 21 business days, depending on customs processing.
Custom and made-to-order dresses: 4–6 months, plus shipping.
Rush orders are available for selected designs and subject to additional fees.
4. Shipping Fees & Duties
Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can monitor the progress of your package until delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Laima Bridal Online Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier errors or customs clearance delays. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
7. Rush Orders
For weddings less than 4 months away, select dresses may be eligible for a rush production option.
Rush fees start from £100 and depend on the dress design.
Rush orders are subject to fabric availability and production capacity.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of bridal dresses, all sales are final. Exchanges or returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or errors in your order. Please inspect your dress immediately upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days.

How to Determine Your Correct Dress Size
The best way to know your dress size is to take the largest measurement from either your bust, waist or hips. Whichever is the largest, this will be used to calculate your correct dress size. Add this size to your booking appointment as this important information will allow us to understand what options we can offer you.
